Been Busy

Sorry about not posting lately. In August I received a very tiny male guinea pig, and named him Pumpkin. Then I wanted to focus on school especially on my french. I live in the US and I am horrible at English but the best in my class for French. I have also been trying to learn some German. Then my family went to Florida and will be going to Florida again soon. In December, a few weeks before Christmas I received a baby dark brown male guinea pig and named him Cocoa. I also have been trying to start up my pet care website and another blog for a Sims 4 challenge I am doing the blog is the River Family Legacy.

Dolly's Diet

We feed are dog part dry food and part chicken with vegetables. My vet approved this diet for MY dog. I am not a vet and this is what works for My family. All we do is cook vegetables and chicken, freeze and blend bananas, and take raw veggies, and feed them to her.

Ice Cream

Hello, if you are lactose intolerant, know someone who is lactose intolerant, tired of paying a fortune on ice cream or soy-milk or coconut milk based ice cream, or you want a healthy treat for your kids or dog. I am not a someone who specializes in nutrients. Everybody knows what their needs are. I am not a not a vet. Also, most dogs are lactose intolerant, so feeding them dairy products could make them sick. But, some dogs are not lactose intolerant but you never want to feed a lot of dairy to them and never ice cream.

Supplies
1. Cookie Tray
2. Wax/Parchment Paper
3. Ninja Professional Machine
4. Spoon
5. Bowl
6. Air-tight container
7. Silicone ice cube tray

Ingredients:

The "Ice Cream"
1. Ripe Bananas
2. Pumpkin puree
(you can also probably use anything in the same consistency as a banana)

Fruit
1. Peaches
2. Strawberries
3. Blueberries
4. Raspberries

Optional: Peanut Butter

I am going to make a plain banana, but I will give the directions to make it. The pumpkin all you do is scoop into the ice cube tray and freeze and then just blend them with any other ingredients like you the way you would with the banana.

Directions:
First take your ripe bananas and and cut them up it small pieces. Then line your cookie tray with wax paper and place your banana pieces on the tray. Add small pieces of the fruit you want to the tray and place in freezer for 2 hours. After the 2 hours flip the pieces and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. After the thirty minutes place the banana in the blender and blend till creamy ( If the banana flakes it means it is not ripe enough.) Then add the fruit and blend till creamy. Then you would add peanut butter if you want and blend again. Then serve. Add the extra to the airtight container.

*if you don't add the fruit don't blend and same with the peanut butter

Horses, Movies, Sewing, Oh My

Hello, today, my mom, my sister, and I went horseback riding. My family doesn't own any horses but, we have all ridden horses since we were little. My mom growing up had neighbors and family members who owned horses. Growing up, my mother's cousin worked at a race track and he let us ride the ponies around the stalls ( retired horses are called ponies.) But, we only did that once. Other times we went horseback riding at stables.

Yesterday, we went to the movies for $6.29 a person and $5 for a small popcorn and lemonade. The movie we saw was The Secret Life of Pets. I wanted to blog about but when we got back home are internet provider's server died (first time in four years.) We don't use any big cable/internet/phone companies, because we have over-the-air (ota), kind of like a radio, but with television channels. Also, their internet wasn't very good with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. But, are internet company is so good and affordable.

For the winter, I am thinking about sewing a coat, a hood and muffler, a pair of socks, gloves, and pants. I'm thinking about making it out of 100% cotton fleece for softness and warmth (bottom layer), 100% wool for more warmth (middle layer), and 100% cotton for a nice look (top layer.)

Thank you for reading. Have a great day.

Hello

Robin's nest with an egg

Just saying hi. I might post at the beginning of next week, but, I will definitely post at the end of the week.

That is a real bird's nest. We didn't have the glass plate on the thing that goes over the outside porch light and my dad had just put in a brand new porch to the house we have been living at since 2009 of August. We went to the glass plate back on and there was a bird's nest in the racky thingy that holds the glass plate. No matter what, we were going to have to move the nest because my dad had to touch it, to put the glass plate in there and if we left it in there all the baby eggs were gonna die and possibly catch are roof to the porch on fire. So we took the nest in and I took a picture and then gave it to my science teacher. But, for the next three days, a robin dropped eggs on are brand new porch.

Have a nice day. Thank you for reading. Also, if you have any questions please ask.

Future Dresses

1. A red dress for the fall and summer. I want it so I can were a long sleeve dress shirt or a short sleeve shirt underneath. But it will be designed for summertime. I first just have to find the perfect fabric.

2. Then I would like a dress for Thanksgiving. I would prefer a short sleeve dress with a skirt that stops before the knees in a orangey color. So I could also wear in the spring and/ or summer.

Knit Fabric
$14.99 a yard

3. I would also like a dress for Christmas. I would like it  in a white or silver color with a little bit of color. I would like it to be a long sleeve maxi dress with a split on both sides just below the knees.

Maybe for a belt and to be seen through the split
$9.99 a yard
For cuffs
$6.99 a yard

This for the dress but in the color white
$12.99 a yard
